It is completely fenced, has a fantastic and spacious pool with sunbeds protected from the sun, a garden shower, a small children's playground and a private tennis court! Some of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca can be found less than 10 km away and they will offer you great beach days. A spacious lounge with an American kitchen and a large dining table invite you to get together. But most of the time you will surely spend on the spacious terraces next to the great outdoor grill. Here, all hobby cooks go into raptures and they spoil your family and friends with many delicious treats from the wood fire. This vacation home is a real feel-good house for large families and our Novasol customers have been confirming this for over 10 years. All six double rooms have their own bathroom. In room No. 1 there is an additional bunk bed (only 1.80 m long) and this is well suited as a family room. The bathroom of room No. 5 is handicapped accessible and has an extra wide door - in this case there is also a small special ramp to step from the salon to the rooms. Behind the finca, the sympathetic owner maintains, among other things, a huge orange plantation and vines. From 01.04.-31.10. only Saturday is possible as change day. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.
