Positive: Great location, so close to the beach and restaurants. Well presented hotel with great swimming pool and views from the room of the ocean. Nice cocktail bar. Very lively atmosphere . Rooms cleaned everyday. Checkout 12pm and you could use the pools and showers if your flight is later.

Negative: I booked a double room and got two single beds. When I called to ask them to change it into a double the first night, the reception was rude and unhelpful and said it couldn’t be done. I messaged on booking.com and managed to speak to someone who was able to make the change for me two days later. To their credit they sorted it out very professionally but I didn’t like the initial reception response. When you’re paying exorbitant amounts for a room you expect top tier service. Not easy to get a sun lounger! Food options not great. No room service after 6pm?!

Summary: Wildly overpriced. But it’s Ibiza. Pleasant stay otherwise!
