The other side looks out onto the lovely garden of the main property, part of which can be accessed through the patio doors from the sitting room. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, fully tiled bathroom, bedroom with large double bed and walk in closet. There are fly screens on all windows and electric shutters on terrace side of house.
Car parking is on the property, access of which is through an electronic gate.
The Annex is also the perfect base for the Autumn/winter months, as central heating is available for the cooler days & nights.
