Within walking distance we reach the coast road connecting the two main hotspots of this area, the towns of Moraira and Calpe and also the famous Cove of Advocat by Benissa coast. Follow along the beautiful coast road finding bars and restaurants and nice coves. Moraira and Calpe will complete the beautiful environment with nice sand beaches together with various water activities.
Follow the stairs down from the entrance, where we get welcomed by a built-in BBQ with beautiful outdoor furniture perfect for al-fresco meals. A private swimming pool surrounded by sun beds leads up a few steps to a seating area overlooking the pool area and is followed by a traditional charming central patio with a fireplace and seating area.
The central patio leads into a living area, beautifully decorated with a high ceiling enjoying wooden beams and terracotta flooring throughout and many open spaces leading toward the kitchen and dining room. Internal stairs lead up to a double bedroom with A/C an En-Suite shower room and 2 single bedrooms, each with its shower room. On the bottom floor in the annex next to the patio, we find another double bedroom with A/C an En-Suite bathroom and direct access to the beautiful exterior.
