'Pula One', holiday home with private swimming pool with all comforts located at the foot of the Pula golf course and specifically on one side of hole 1, which also has its own very nice and charming oak forest within the same property.
The house with its own rustic style, with natural stone and at the same time modern and modern all this on the outside and decorated as a whole with much charm and elegance, wanting to give it in the interior decoration of some details giving a small tribute and remembering the typical fabrics typical of traditional Mallorca.
The inside of the house is distributed in an elevated plane over the swimming pool but at the same time with very easy access to the frontal and lateral terraces as well as the access to the swimming pool area.
Inside entering through the entrance hallway, in one wing of the house there is a large living room with direct access to the terrace and pool, separate from the dining room which also gives access to one of the side terraces, there is a large fully equipped kitchen.
On the opposite side there are two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, both rooms can have their own private bathroom.
Accessing from the interior staircase from the entrance hall to the upper floor, the entire floor is for the master suite, spacious and comfortable with a queen size bed with its own private bathroom with a large brick shower. It also has a large terrace overlooking the pool and a partial view of the surrounding area.
Outside the pool area is equipped with hammocks and Balinese beds where we will surely get the desired relaxation.The spacious terraces on the ground floor that surround the house well equipped with garden furniture giving it an atmosphere of an authentic chill-out without forgetting the barbecue area where we will surely spend a pleasant evening.
For golf fans can directly from the house access the facilities of the Pula Golf course, also in the area have three golf courses, Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel, Capdepera Golf, within a radius of each other of about 10-15 minutes by car.
The closest beach areas to 'Pula One' are Costa de los Pinos and Cala Bona, then the main beaches are Cala Millor and Sa Coma.
