Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Only a 5-minute walk separate us from the nice and private cove Punta Estrella in Cap Blanc by Moraira coast and 4 Km away from the centre of Moraira which offers a large variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy the evenings while watching the sun-set. The tranquillity of the area and its very convenient surroundings with bars, restaurants and supermarkets only a few minute’s walks away from the villa will make your holidays even more satisfying.
This villa combines peace and relaxation in a comfortable home offering a high degree of privacy. A large private pool, a spacious terrace equipped with sunbeds, and an exotic garden encompass our beautiful outdoor dining area with BBQ. From the pool terrace, a few stairs lead up to a hall, open to a spacious lounge, that includes an open dining area and a large living room fully equipped with a sat+large TV+DVD, perfect to enjoy your meals while looking at the beautiful views that are offered by the large windows that illuminate the room bringing light and life to it.
We find a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The upper floor offers two double bedrooms, one of them with an A/C unit, both sharing a shower room. On the lower level, there are two separate apartments with a cozy living area, kitchen, one double bedroom and a shower room each apartment. A pool can be heated for an extra cost of 200.-€/week.
