The villa has been lovingly restored to maintain its original character, consisting of five separate apartments connected under one roof. This layout makes it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or colleagues who wish to holiday together while retaining some personal space and privacy. Each apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (some with sofa beds), and an en-suite bathroom. The central part of the finca features a large kitchen and dining area with a fireplace, perfect for cooking large meals, as well as a cosy lounge with an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two fridges, two dishwashers, an oven, a microwave, and a cooker, catering to guests who enjoy preparing their own meals.
Outside, Villa Gilderoy offers an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas hob, dishwasher, sink, and a professional BBQ. A shaded pergola provides seating for up to ten guests, making it the perfect space for al fresco dining.
