Perfectly situated on the road across from the famous Villamartin plaza which has numerous places to eat and drink to suit all palettes & tastes. For those who love music and singing the plaza hosts live music events also but more often than not there is a singer in one of the bars if you fancy a bit of entertainment. There is always something going on!! Whether you fancy something a bit special and romantic and pushing the boat out with a few cocktails or a burger and a beer the plaza really has something to suit how you’re feeling! You are most definitely spoilt for choice! A truly buzzing atmosphere at the plaza and in the area in general but if you fancy some quiet time the apartment is perfectly located so you can enjoy quiet time relaxing at the apartment inside the beautiful contemporary living area or sat on the south facing balcony overlooking the pool or by the communal pool.
The apartment is perfectly loaded in a region that has allot going on, within a ten minute short drive takes you to a beautiful coastline and numerous sandy beaches for you to explore.
For the budding golfer this apartment is perfect! The apartment is located within a five minute walk from a beautiful golf course and is a short drive to numerous championship courses you will be truly spoilt for choice.
For those who love to shop the apartment is also located within a five min drive to the famous La Zenia Boulevard which is the largest in Alicante region, it has lots of different shops and places to eat makes a great day out!
Hiring a car is a great option during your stay for exploring the beautiful region but for those who don’t the apartment is located right next to a bus stop that has a great local bus service. For those who like to get active there are numerous bike hires that will drop bikes to you so whether your sporty and fancy cycling or if you want to relax a little and get an electric bike the apartment is well located with great cycle lanes and near to a canal that is great for getting out an getting some fresh air.

Open plan lounge/diner with contemporary decor, a three seater sofa and chair for relaxing on while watching TV that has fire stick TV with international channels to suit all tastes. An Alexa speaker for connecting to if you want to listen to music.
French doors leading from the lounge onto the south facing balcony which has a table and seating for four people. Balcony has lovely outlook over the communal pool.
