Only 5 minutes by car from the village of Son Servera. The path is paved and easy to reach.
The entrance gate and the garage can be opened electrically with remote control and the garden area is very well maintained, with a spacious entrance and additional parking on the property directly at the house.
In the house there is a large dining area that can be opened with sliding glass doors to the park-like garden landscape, 2 large and 1 small bedroom with mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes. There is a large master bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a sauna. The toilets are separate from the large bathroom. In the open living area with chillout couch and fireplace there is also the kitchen with direct access to the herb garden.
A utility room with a washer and dryer is also available.
