Son Coves is a very attractive and comfortable Mallorcan finca, in a quiet area just outside Santanyí. The main entrance leads to a spacious entrance area, which is also used as a dining room. To the left of this is the kitchen with an exit to the covered terrace, equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, combi fridge, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. In the back of the house there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and their own exit to the outside as well as the utility room with washing machine, also with an exit to the outside. To the right of the entrance area is a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and bidet, as well as a staircase to the roof terrace, a small salon with a sofa bed and satellite TV, and another bedroom with two single beds, a built-in cupboard and its own exit to the covered terrace in front of the house entrance. A few meters from the house is the 12 x 3.5m pool with the water jet. Around the pool there is a spacious sun terrace with 6 deck chairs and 2 parasols. In the large courtyard in front of the house is the brick grill, conveniently located just a few meters from the terrace with the dining table and 6 chairs. The courtyard also offers plenty of space to park several cars. Local trees such as wild olive, figs, almonds and carob grow on the well-tended property. There are no direct neighbors and the connecting road to Santanyí is far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Nevertheless, Santanyí and the surrounding beaches can be reached in a few minutes.
