The surroundings of this property are privileged, as it is situated in a very quiet area of the village of Llucmajor, but at the same time it is only 30 minutes away from the city of Palma. Llucmajor has a market on Friday mornings and is only a short distance away from a water park. In Palma you will be able to enjoy all the services and entertainment, both day and night, that you desire, as well as sightseeing such as the cathedral, which is the only gothic style cathedral on the sea front. If you want to enjoy the beach, you have several options. Just 20 minutes away you have the touristy and wide Arenal beach, where you can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skiing. The Arenal area is also home to the only aquarium on the island, Palma Aquarium. If you prefer a quieter beach, about 30 minutes away you have a beautiful cove called Cala Pi or the beach of Es Trenc, considered one of the most beautiful on the island.
