Composed of: ground floor where we will find a huge and sunny terrace with sea view, a spacious and bright living room with sofa chaise-long and TV, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc. We also find on the ground floor a guest toilet and a very private interior patio with barbecue.
On the first floor we will find the rest area consisting of a suite-type room with a 1.50 metre double bed. 2 double rooms with 2 90 cm beds, as well as a full bathroom. The Suite has a balcony with unbeatable views of the bay of Sant Pol.
Bed linen and towels are not included, if needed, the cost is 25€ per person.
Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are not accepted
Conditions: The tourist tax and a deposit of 400€ must be added to the rental amount.
