Finca Es Cabanellins is quietly situated in a Mediterranean landscape on a 2-hectare plot with exclusive use of the house, plot and pool. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view as far as the sea and the bay of Alcudia. The location between the holiday resorts of Son Serra de Marina and Colonia Sant Pere as well as the proximity to Artá and Manacor makes this finca ideal for a relaxing beach holiday and exploring the island.
The lovingly designed pool area with lawn and natural vegetation offers a wooden pavilion around a brick-built outdoor barbecue, which provides pleasant shade. An additional bathroom with shower is available directly by the pool area. Further terraces with seating surround the house, and the veranda can be closed off for small children.
In the spacious entrance area there is a large dining area next to the kitchen. The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds (which is a former children's room with two youth bunk beds). A modern bathroom is centrally located.
The living area has satellite TV and internet access, and there are ceiling fans in the main bedrooms.
