The house has a large lounge and dining area with dining table for 6 people, spacious fully fitted kitchen and separate laundry room, 3 large double bedrooms (1 on-suite), 2 bathrooms and separate downstairs toilet. Two of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has 140 m² of usable space.
There is 600mbs fibre optic broadband / wi-fi available at the property and a 60" HD television is provided in the Lounge, with HDMI cable for connection to laptops etc. Hundreds of channels available in several languages, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, Netflix, HBO etc.
There is air conditioning (hot / cold) to the lounge area and master bedroom. The two other bedrooms have remote control ceiling fans fitted. There is a large balcony to the master bedroom, with lovely views to the mountains and towards the sea front. A second bedroom also features a smaller sized balcony with similar views.
The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery and kitchen utensils. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Outside, the property features a private garden suitable for al fresco dining, with garden dining table with six seats, garden furniture and terrace. The house is south west facing, so the garden and front balconies are bathed in sun from early afternoon through until late evening. There is also a large communal garden area with entrance adjacent to the house. There is a gym on the beach for an early morning work out before breakfast and a selection of excellent beach bars, restaurants and Bora Bora, which is one of the best beach clubs on the coast.
For tennis or gym enthusiasts, there is the Nueva Alcantara Padel club just 5 minutes stroll from the house. The club has 30 padel courts, gym, aerobic room, changing room, beauty salon, mini sport store, and a very cozy bar and restaurant. Lessons for children are available for padel, tennis, flamenco, and ballet. It's a very friendly, comfortable and convenient place to relax, exercise or have lunch.
