Charming villa with private swimming pool near Maria de la Salut, welcomes 5 people.
Wonderful villa with a private chlorine 8m x 4m and a depth of 2m swimming pool. There are a few fruits trees (lemons, khakis, cherries and apricots) on the plot. You can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers or prepare a barbecue. The villa disposes of two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy these delicious meals with your loved ones. This beautiful villa is fenced and has no direct neighbors.The house has two floors. On the main floor there is a kitchen, where you will find an induction hob; the living room, equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater; a bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a living room, with air conditioning with heating pump, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player. You can also find two more bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed and the last one with a double bed, a closet and direct access to the terrace. The last one bedroom has no privacy, because is connected with this living room. If you travel with your baby we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The house offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an iron board as well as 6 electric radiators. There is also a toilet outside.Maria de la Salut is a cozy town, located at the centre of the island, so is very easy to get to anywhere else in a reasonable time. There is mainly people from the island living there, so is not full of tourism and you can discover the real Majorca. You can find anything you need at the village, a supermarket, bars and some restaurants. Surroundings
