This beautiful town house, with registration number ETV / 4500, is located in a privileged place, a few minutes from the center on foot, but with great privacy and unbeatable views towards the highest mountain of Mallorca el Puig Major, the town and the whole valley in general. Easily located, it is very close to the entrance to Sóller in an area called Son Tambor, next to the disused stop of the Sóller Train. From its windows you can see a few meters away the quiet passage of the Train, the sunrises behind the highest peaks of the island as well as the twilight towards the port of Sóller. It is an independent house, with a small private garden / terrace, a sun terrace. Due to its location, it is a very fast connection with the other places of interest in the area, whether it is the Port of Sóller, Deià or Palma and the airport, located about 30 minutes away by car. It has a large and equipped kitchen, two living rooms, satellite TV, two spacious rooms and a fully equipped children's room (cot, bed, bathtub, etc ...), a bathroom with hydromassage and a toilet. Sit in the garden and relax taking yourself and eating the grapes of the house. Contemplate the different shades of the mountains as the sun of the day progresses. Open the window of the room and you will see a beautiful postcard of the typical Mediterranean village between the mountain and the sea, in the Sierra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site. No car necessary. Ideal as a starting point for excursions. Access to the farm through an ancient stairway from the Roman era. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
