This beautiful holiday house for 6 is located in the urbanization of Cala San Vicente very close to the beach and the well-known town of Pollença.
The house is of recent construction and is equipped with the most modern comforts.
On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite television. The dining room has a table with capacity for 6 people with direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is modern and spacious and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and breakfast table. In addition, from the kitchen we can also access the pool terrace. Finally, on this same floor we find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
