This 2 bedroom, corner apartment is in a small private block of 14 Situated just behind Pine Walk close to the Illa D’or hotel. As it is situated on the third floor, it has views of either the mountains or the sea from each of the large windows on all three sides. It has wonderful uninterrupted views of the Boquer valley to the rear
It is only 50 yards to the sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas ,and the centre of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 15 to 20 min stroll down the attractive pedestrianised Pine walk.
The apartment has bright fully fitted separate kitchen with an open plan lounge /dining area with 4 large windows, recently refurbished with new flooring This leads off to one of the double bedrooms with king size double bed..( can be two singles)the other twin ( can be a king) being located through the hall that has a further large window overlooking the mountains
There is bathroom with large walk in shower washbasin and toilet
The washing machine is located in a small adjacent room
There are two balconies, the front overlooks pine walk and the sea and has 2 chairs and a small table, and the rear overlooks Boquer valley hills and the pool at the bar
The stylish bar/restaurant on the ground floor has a Large pool with sunbathing and children's area that is open to paying customer use .
The bar does have music when open and in the high season it has live music ( a small local band or guitarist) on Monday and Friday it ends on the dot of midnight
The quiet street between the apartment block and pine walk provides ample parking
