From its quiet position in the Mallorcan countryside, Can Picarol offers fantastic views that stretch out into the distance towards the Formentor peninsula and the Alcudia promontory. Another aspect that makes the location of this villa even more fantastic is its proximity to the sea, since it is only 800 meters from the narrow sandy beach that runs parallel to the sea practically along the entire Bay of Pollensa.
The house is certainly comfortable, being an ideal accommodation for couples and small families. An attractive fireplace located in one of the corners, together with some comfortable furniture, make the dining room a particularly cozy place.The kitchen, totally integrated with the dining room, and without any partition that separates it from it, is well equipped, and maintains a very traditional touch, with a thick Majorcan stone sink. Typical Mallorcan fabrics make the two rooms with twin beds a particularly beautiful place. The house also offers, and as is to be expected, a complete bathroom.
On the terrace, a part of which is originally covered by a vine, and which is dotted with the color of flowers from various pots, is the barbecue. A small orchard of fruit trees completes the garden area of this small but very cozy villa.
