The two-storey house, recently renovated and decorated in the most typical Mallorcan style, has spacious rooms. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with fireplace and TV-sat, perfect to liven up your evenings. The separate kitchen with a glass-ceramic stove, is fully equipped and also has a dining area. The house also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor there is also a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, has a double bed and a bunk bed. On the first floor, which is accessed by a staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed and AC and a bathroom with a shower.
A short distance from the house is Alaró, a charming little village that will allow you to enjoy the most genuine Majorca. Several hiking routes leave from the village in the direction of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is worth the trip to admire the views of the island from the Castle of Alaró, an ancient fortress. In Alaró you will find all kinds of facilities: bank, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. Every Friday there is a market in the main square, where you can buy fruit and vegetables from local farmers. The beaches are only a few kilometres away from the village, as it is easy to reach several of them in half an hour, such as the beaches of Sóller or those of Puerto de Alcudia.
