The beautiful exteriors are a delight that will make you enjoy even more of the good weather on the island. After a beach day you can cool off in the above ground chlorine pool, which has a diameter of 3 meters and a depth of 1.20 meters. Next to it you have a small solarium area with 2 sun loungers and a parasol. And the porch next to the house will allow you to enjoy a tasty barbecue or a drink at dusk. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The interior of the house has a rustic and cosy style. The kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The comfortable sofa is located in front of the wood stove and satellite TV (channels only in German). The only bedroom offers a double bed and the bathroom has a shower. Also in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair. The house is located in Capdepera although the closest town is Artà where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. However, we also recommend a visit to Capdepera and its beautiful fortified village. The closest beach is Canyamel, about 8.5 km away, but you can visit other nearby beaches and coves in the area that are just as beautiful.
