Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz). Likewise, just around the corner they have everything they need: supermarkets, medical center, fuel station, direct bus stop to the beach, etc.
The property consists of 2 houses in the same space:
- Main House: 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Capacity: 8 People
- Guest House: 1 Bedroom (1 double bed), living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Capacity: 4 People
Maximum sleeping capacity in the 2 houses: 12 people (10 people in beds and 2 people in a sofa bed). 2 adult pets (over 1 year old) and small breeds are accepted, prior confirmation of the breed and age of the pet.
We are 40 minutes from Jerez International Airport, 20 minutes from the city of Cádiz, 20 minutes from Conil and Playa del Palmar, 25 minutes from Vejer de la frontera and Caños de Meca, 20 minutes from Puerto de Santa Maria, basically we are in the middle of many interesting places to visit.
Incredible offer for lovers of good food, from fusion to classics around the entire area.
For Surf lovers there are many options especially in El Palmar, Conil, Roche or Kitesurfing in Tarifa.
There are also very interesting towns to visit called "White Towns" in the mountains such as Medina Sidonia, Arcos de la Frontera, Setenil de las Bodegas, Grazalema, etc.
The size of the land is 2000 m2 and it has a large front and rear garden and a 180 m2 main house and another 50 m2 guest house, allowing an occupancy of 12 people between them. Private pool with outdoor furniture.
