PEARL of the Costa Blanca - this is the precious name given to the town of Moraira, where our "jewel" OCTOPUS APARTMENT is located.
Direct sea view, 1 min walk to the sea, 5 min walk to the beach, 0 min to the shopping and restaurant street, WiFi.
Our OCTOPUS APARTMENT is located in a stunningly beautiful location directly on the sea. From the balcony on the 3rd floor (lift provided) you have a wonderful unobstructed view of the waves of the water. 1min to the sea and 5 comfortable minutes walk to the beach. The old town with its many wonderful Spanish restaurants, cafés and small boutiques starts directly in front of our house entrance.
We have lovingly furnished our OCTOPUS APARTMENT and will start renting it out in 2022:
- Fast fibre-optic WLAN internet connection
- The light-flooded living room is equipped with a large 58 inch Smart TV and receives Spanish, English and German TV.
- 2 air-conditioned (for winter also heatable) bedrooms, each with a large double bed (rare 1,80x2,00m and 1,50x2,00m), each with a window and additional ceiling fans. Bed linen is provided by us.
- Modern fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) washing machine & dryer.
- All windows are new, well insulated and equipped with fly screens. The bedrooms are additionally equipped with roller shutters.
- A daylight bathroom with rain shower and hairdryer. Towels are of course provided by us.
- On the balcony, which is protected from the sun by an awning, two lounge chairs invite you to relax and enjoy.
