The space:
Set on a fenced area of 455 m² and with an average year round warm temperature this villa offers privacy and the ideal conditions for your stay in Tenerife. It features a large terrace solarium with barbecue, a heated swimming pool, and a well-kept garden with interesting examples of local flora. The indoor area of 219 m² is built all in one level and consists of a fully updated, naturally-lit living space with widespread windows and beautiful views of the ocean.

BEDROOMS:
There are three rooms and a living room for guests sleeping arrangements:
Room 1: This is a studio with queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi internet, closet, private kitchenette, dining area, and direct access to the swimming pool area.
Room 2: This is a large bedroom with queen sized bed, Wi-Fi internet, and built-in closet.
Room 3: This is a small bedroom with 2 twin sized beds, Wi-Fi internet, and closet
Room 4: This is a living room with a large sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, and direct access to the swimming pool area.

BATHROOMS:
All bathrooms have a stand-alone raining shower and are stocked with toiletries, towels, and hairdryer

KITCHEN & DINING:
Fully stocked separated kitchen with a full line of new appliances such as dishwasher, fridge, refrigerator, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. All the necessary dinnerware and dishwasher tablets are also included.
Upgraded Kitchenette with fridge, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
The are two dining area with seating for 6 and 4. In addition, it is possible to set an outside dining area for your amusing dinners with seating for 8.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor focal point is the terrace solarium with a 21 m² swimming pool where you can relax while working on your tan. It also includes sun beds, outdoor furniture, and a propane barbecue.

LIVING ROOM:
In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa-bed, a table with chairs, and a Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix

WASHING ROOM:
It includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine detergent

PARKING:
Free parking spaces are available on the street around the villa.

The guests have exclusive use of the entire property - The swimming pool, terrace solarium and BBQ are cleaned and available for private use.
The facilities are disinfected and sheets and towels are sterilized, the guests have to provide a negative diagnostic test for COVID-19, taken no more than 72 hours before the arrival.

• Be mindful of neighbours and avoid excessive noise late at night.
• Only the number of people booked into the property are permitted to stay.

• The swimming pool is not supervized
