Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable

Negative: I booked this property on Booking.com but the booking was then through another website called Novosal so which was very confusing as I was getting emails from both websites this was not made clear when I booked. It was also stated on both websites that the property had internet but in fact the apartment had none, anyone travelling with teenagers would know that internet is vital & very important to their enjoyment of their holiday and it was definitely one of my reasons for choosing this property. I also found the fact that I had to pay cash for the cleaning, electricity and a deposit of €250 on arrival very annoying. I was contacted a few days before travelling by a very friendly agent to tell me he wouldn’t be in Spain on our arrival/ departure and to let me know that his neighbour would be giving us the keys and to give him deposit/ cleaning/ electricity money the neighbour although friendly had no English and very difficult to communicate with. Overall we did enjoy our stay at this apartment but a few improvements could be made like getting rid of the worn out chairs on the balcony, providing a proper clothes horse to dry clothes and also providing a few basics like bin bags but most of all making sure that anything stated on the website is actually true and not false advertising.
