Spectacular finca situated in the mountains of Andratx, surrounded by forest, with private pool and space to accommodate 10 guests plus 2 babies.
Get ready to enjoy a Mallorcan style holiday in a peaceful and absolutely natural environment. Surrounded by a forest, you will find the private chlorine pool, measuring 9 x 4.5 metres and with a depth between 1 and 2.20 metres, open from March to October. It is situated on a large terrace in the lower part of the house, behind some stairs surrounded by 10 sun loungers for sunbathing. The exteriors of the house are huge and apart from the pool area there are several terraces, a patio and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious family meals and enjoy them outdoors.
The furnished terrace with dining table and chairs offers unobstructed views of the forest, the mountains and even a glimpse of the sea on the horizon. It is certainly a more intimate and secluded place to read a book or have a quiet chat with beautiful views of the village. The house, on 2 floors, is furnished with elegant furniture and decorated with authentic Mallorcan warmth. After a day full of activities, you can lie on the sofa in the lounge and watch satellite TV, while a warm fire burns in the fireplace on cold days. There is a second reading room; ideal if you need a quiet corner to relax.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- A few days before your arrival, you should contact the agency to let them know your arrival time and arrange for key collection.
- The day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and collection of the key.
- Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m.
- Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m.
- If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to arrange availability, cost and times.
DEPOSIT
- On arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit of € 800.00 by credit card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed condition.
- Extra electricity not included in the price: € 20,00 per day.

TOURISM TAX

- € 2,20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All subsequent days € 1.10 / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old.
- It is compulsory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in the National Police Portal.
