On the ground floor a spacious living room with fireplace and glass sliding doors to admire outside, a modern equipped kitchen with a central island for a breakfast between the sky and the sea.
The second and third level host the 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom, one with double bed 200cm, the other two with a direct access to the terrace has a double bed 150cm and two single beds 90 cm.
