Villa Billar is a renovated finca, located close the small village of Es Cubells, in a plot of 70.000 m2 with a nice sea view of Formentera and the coast.
The house is surrounded by plam trees and a mediterranena garden. The private pool is 12x5 mt a spacious deck with sundbeds and umbrellas, a covered loggia with table for dining outside, the summer kitchen with barbeque, fridge and sink.
On the ground floor a bright living room with fireplace, sound system, TV, sofas and a dining area opened to the fully equipped kitchen.
On this floor there are 2 en-suite sleepingrooms, with airconditioning: one with double bed and bathtub, the other, located in the dependance, has two twin beds.
Going on the first floor a reading room with library, a covered terrace with the billiard table and 3 sleeping rooms: two has a double bed and the bathroom is outside, the third one, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
