Finca Sombrero is a charming farmhouse with 12 hectares of land, surrounded by nature, located near the top of a wooded hill, overlooking the western coast of Ibiza.
The property is 400sqm, and it is one of the oldest houses on the island. This estate has been owned and run by the same family from Ibiza for almost 200 years now, it is a house rich in history, and cherished over the generations.
Finca Sombrero offers luxurious private accommodation for up to 12 guests, and a full concierge service on request.
Indoors it features 2 fully equipped kitchens, a living room which is 6 meters long, with a 5 meters high beamed ceiling. When you open the doors, and let the air flow, you can admire your estate and San Antonio Bay. All the walls are original, stone built, 3 feet thick, and therefore sound proof, coated in Cal (whitewash made the traditional way from limestone); the hardwood beams high above are sabina and olive, coated in the oil of linseed; all products sourced locally. The floor is a simple, traditional, cement.
There are 6 bedrooms and they are located as follows:
Room 1 - The tower:
Master bedroom, on the 1st floor, with direct access to the terrace, garden view and sea view. This bedroom has 1 double bed, ensuite bathroom, with bathtub and shower. This bedroom includes an office area too.
On the ground level we find the other five bedrooms:
Room 2 - The Studio:
Master bedroom, with direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom includes also a living area.
Room 3 - Conejera:
with 1 double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Room 4 - The Bay:
with 1 double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Room 5 - Las Tias:
with 1 double bed and bathroom outside the room, shared.
Room 6 - The Sanctuary Room:
with 1 double bed and bathroom outside the room, shared.
Outdoors we find wide landscaped terraces, the infinity swimming pool (14m x 6m), which is fully gated to control children, pool-house with dining and entertainment area and ample parking spaces for up to 15 cars.
The communal areas are ideal for large groups, as they are suitably large and impressive. There are 2 indoor living rooms, 4 outdoor seating areas, 2 of which are also dining areas.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Late check-in (from 8:00pm): Starting from € 100,00.
Security deposit € 3.000,00 it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card).
The rates are inclusive of: bed and household linens, gas, water, electricity, weekly change of bed linens and bath towels, cleaning twice per week.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.

Pool has no swimming guard.
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise, fees can be charged to the customer.
