This delightful, modern fully air-conditioned villa has everything you could possibly want to ensure you enjoy the perfect stay in Ibiza and has everything you need for a longer term stay. It sleeps 8, with 4 large double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living accommodation includes a large open plan living area with sleek fully equipped kitchen and dining space. In addition, there is a 450mbps broadband should you feel the need to work or catch up with the outside world.
The villa is fully equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a full CCTV and alarm system, state of the art air conditioning (cooling and heating) throughout, it comes with a host of technology including an HD Smart TV, sound system, and high-speed fibre-optic Wifi.
The villa has a very private, beautiful pool and terrace area that is partially covered and part exposed, so if you wish to worship the glorious Spanish sun or relax in the shade on one of our lounge sofas, you’re covered. There is also an outside dining area, along with a large BBQ and cooking station, and two separate seating areas.
Our 4 bedrooms all have king-size luxury beds with silent ducted air conditioning to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. When you wake, you can enjoy a delicious coffee from the built-in coffee machine in the modern, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge freezer).
There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities to ensure you have everything you need whilst away.
Sant Josep is a picturesque, charming village located in the west of Ibiza. Sant Josep boasts an array of charming restaurants, bars, and cafes, beautiful boutiques and local crafts at the weekly traditional market. It also has 2 well-stocked supermarkets, a butcher, a fishmonger and patisseries so you can find everything you need within a 5-minute walk.
There is a surprisingly wide choice of restaurants and bars in this small village, from exclusive restaurants to pizza places, traditional bars and spots where you can enjoy great cocktails and even live music. All these places are easily accessible and walking distance from the villa which is directly in the village. The villa is in a very safe local neighbourhood, however, it is fully equipped with exterior lighting, electric gates, CCTV and a full alarm system.
Of course, if you wish to experience more of Ibiza then you are 15 mins from the most wonderful beaches on the west coast of the island, the well-renowned beach clubs and nightlife of Ibiza.
