The main entrance opens into the living room with a feature fireplace, comfy sofas, satellite Plasma TV, DVD player, music system, complimentary Wi-Fi and double doors leading to the garden/pool. The open-plan, modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and has a central island workstation, electric hob, sink unit, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining area with doors to the garden terrace. A few steps lead up to the hallway where the are three bright and airy twin bedrooms, all have built-in wardrobes and two have glass doors to a shaded terrace. Two fully-fitted modern bathrooms with walk-in showers complete the interior of the house. The rear garden is fenced and private with an artificial grassed area, a pool with comfortable sun-loungers, a portable gas barbecue and a covered dining terrace for al fresco meals.
