It is the 2nd floor (but easy stairs) crossing and bright.

The apartment is also equipped with a reversible (air conditioning / heating), fan, blowing in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, cot.
Community pool with key access.
The residence is located in the district Mas Oliva (north of Roses) in full olive grove as the name suggests. Located slightly back from the center, it can reside in peace while being close to downtown and the beach. It is on the hillside and offers views of the sea, mountains, olive trees and pool. A real joy!
It is possible to park without problems down the residence.
The center is at 1000 m (10 minutes walk).
There is a bus station (serving particular Barcelona and Figueras) 1000 m too.
Roses Beach is at 1800m (20 minutes walk).
By car, you can park in the large car park from the roundabout of Bodega Caprabo and then finish on foot to go to the beach or in Rosas.
There are also small free car parks in the center where we often find the place.
The area is very pretty, there are many places to visit.

Behind the residence, you can walk in the olive grove and climb a little hill which gives you a nice view of Rosas.
