This beautiful family home is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains and only 400 meters from the center of the small, friendly village of Mancor. Every Thursday there is a large weekly market in Inca and Inca is also known for very good leather goods and outlet shops.

There is a large parking lot in front of the house, where up to 3 cars can easily park. Next to the stairs is an utility room with a washing machine, large freezer, and another fridge to keep your drinks cool while you have a great time by the pool. The three double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Therefore, the electricity is charged with 0,75 euros / kWh via a deposit of 300 euros (cash at arrival).
