The rooms are located between the three floors of the building and all of them have their own bathroom, views to the outside, and some with a terrace.
The ground floor houses the common areas: several lounges, a large kitchen and a room adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Outside there is an enormous "safreig" (swimming pool) with a beach effect surrounded by a beautiful solarium where you can relax and enjoy the sun with views of the Tramuntana mountain range.
Also outside, there is a small kitchen and barbecue to enjoy cooking and eating outdoors and a large table to sit at. It also has parking space for 5 vehicles and space to store and fix bicycles.
The villa is surrounded by a spectacular garden of 8,000 m2 designed according to Mallorcan customs, which combines native species with other varieties that are highly appreciated on the island. It is also surrounded by fields with more than 800 orange trees and its own vegetable garden with vegetables, fruit, and aromatic plants.
It is located in the street of Coanegra that leads to the valley of the same name, just 10 minutes walking from the center of Santa Maria and very close to several of the most famous wineries in the area and only 20 minutes from Palma.
