You will sign a seasonal lease contract on the day agreed, which will be the day the contract starts and at the hand over of the keys. The seasonal contract will finalise on the date written, and the keys will be returned. The seasonal rental of this property is not for vacation or tourist rental, The rental is subject to the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting only, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property in the agreed period. Added to the rental price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading.
