Welcome to this beautiful house with private pool an room for 6 people in the coastal urbanisation of Badia Blava.
This stunning house is perfect for those who love the good weather since you can enjoy the beautiful chlorine pool -that sizes 8.5 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.2 metres-, and the rocky beach that is only 800 metres from the house. So, after a nice morning swimming in the pool or the sea and sunbathing on one of the 6 sunloungers, you can cook a delicious barbecue to enjoy at the terrace or the porch.
With a majestic style, the house comprises a spacious living and dining room, equipped with TV-sat, a large kitchen with a gas cooktop that's open to glazed area where you can also enjoy your meals, three bedrooms with a closet and a fan each, two bathrooms and a toilet outside. One of the bedrooms offers twin beds and the other two have a double bed, each one with an en-suite bathroom, one with a tub and the other with a shower. A baby cot and a high-chair are available, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is air conditioning in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. There is oil central heating.
Badia Blava is a coastal family area skirting spectacular waters. About 800 metres away from the house you will discover some amazing corners where you can dive into the sea from the rocks. The nearest sandy beach is s'Arenal. You will find an easy access to the bay of Palma from here, as well as to all kinds of services for an independent stay such as good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc.
