Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Luz is situated between Moraira and Calpe, two of the most refined beach town that has grown in interest due to the various amenities and water activities that both towns offer to fulfill your dream holiday.

Apartment Luz offers parking for 1 car, from where stairs lead down to the pool terrace, welcoming us with a private swimming pool with sunbeds, a subtle Mediterranean garden, and a BBQ. From the pool area, we follow a couple of steps up to enter the bright and cozy living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD providing beautiful scenic views. We flow into a well-equipped fitted kitchen followed by a charming double bedroom and a shower room.

The washing machine is located in the utility room next to the pool terrace. The upper apartment remains closed and empty during the renting season.
