The villa is on a large private plot in Es Cubells which has arguably the best views on the island, with breathtaking panoramic views of all of the bays in the south and also Formentera, as well views to Salinas and the salt flats. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach of Cala D’hort for the best views on the island of Es Vedra where you can see the sunset every night, this villa also benefits from being able to get the sunrises every morning, visible from every terrace on the property.

There is 4 local restaurants (2 with bars) within walking distance, plus many more within a 5-10 minute drive including Cala D’or beach and Blue Marlin at Cala Jondal. Es Cubells village has 2 local supermarkets and larger ones are available in San Josep which is just a 7 min drive away. There are 2 local playgrounds for children also within walking distance.
