4 Bedroom Villa in Cala Llonga, Mahon
Our lovely villa is located in a quiet nobly district of Mahon with fantastic view over the island. You can see the highest mountain of Menorca and the sea.
The house has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and several terraces.
Inside the house you find upstairs a large master bedroom (AC) with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and two terraces. There you can also find a living room with a little writing desk, fireplace, TV/DVD/Blue-Ray player ,game table and terrace.
Downstairs you find the big dining area for 8 persons, if you passing it through you reach the conservatory with the table soccer and a nice sitting area faced to the wooden terrace.
Beside the dining area on the right is another bedroom with a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool. On the left there are two further bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with super-king sized bed that can be made up as a twin room. This two bedrooms share one bathroom and the one with the double bed has direct access to the woodden terrace. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The kitchen and the main living room booth have direct access to the pool terrace.
The main living room has a gas fireplace and big TV (all TV has english and international TV)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a big oven and a five ring hob,large fridge-freezer, electric ice maker, electric juicer, nescafe dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, microwave, water softener, the reverse osmosis filter for the drinking water tab and dishwasher. Near the dining room is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron, tumble dryer, and another fridge. Beside the house is a decent rotary washing line to dry clothes and towels in the sun.
We have a SONOS music system in the kitchen, diningroom, conservatory, pool terrace and in the main living room. You have fast WiFi all over the terrain.
The most furniture was all new in 2015/2016.
For sunbathing we have 3 roof terrace and 3 south and southwest facing terrace nearby the pool. For better health our pool is a heated saltwater pool which is 9 by 4 meters with steps at one end. It starts from 0,5 meters deep and ends at 2 meters. In common with most other pools in Spain it is not fenced.
The main terrace and the wooden terrace which is covered with a sunblind and the pool is completely privat.
There are plentiful sun-loungers for every guest. We offered special towels for the pool. Inside the "wooden boat" in the hallway you can find towels for the beach which has to be washed by yourself.
Around the pool are the covered bar and a fixed granite table with the charcoal BBQ beside it and a big WEBER gas BBQ at the main covered terrace.
In the conservatory we have a table soccer and upstairs a game table (cards ect.) for have some fun besides all the outdoor activities.
In the garden grows a fig tree and a lemon tree. Lemons are generally available all year. The newly planted fig tree fruits later in the summer.
The terrace,the pool, the roof terrace and the little garden all have lighting so you can also enjoy balmy summer evenings.
Children are welcome.
A well equipped supermarket is located only 3 minutes drive away and is open from June to October. Mahon is only 10 min drive away and also has a number of larger supermarkets, some with easy access. One of the best restaurants on the island to order fish, Cap Roig, literally hanging over a cliff with wonderful views over Cala Mesquida is located only 5 minutes drive away.
Cala Mesquida is the nearest and also our favorite beaches and among the most beautiful on the island. Even in high season this beach never gets too busy.
As the capital Mahon probably has the most attractions and being in the most populated area on Menorca.
There are sunset sailing trips, sights to enjoy and so many places to relax with a drink and Tapas and take in the scenery. You reach Mahon in 10 minutes by car or water taxi. The Port offering a lively activity with its dozens of pavement cafes and restaurants, trendy shops and refined craftsmanship, with a friendly and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
