The luxury villa with sea view is located near Porto Cristo on a large plot with a very well-kept garden. The quiet location without direct neighbours is ideal for a relaxing holiday and many beautiful beaches on the east coast are quickly accessible. A top-class house!
Ground floor:
On the ground floor is the living room with generous dimensions and elegant furnishings. It offers plenty of space on comfortable sofas and armchairs in front of the television or at a large oak wood dining table. A lot of light enters the room through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with three refrigerators and has a cooking island. All rooms have a direct exit to the terrace. There is a guest toilet. Next to it are three bedrooms with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm), en-suite bathrooms and access to the terrace.
Upper floor:
On the upper floor there are five double rooms. They are equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), an en-suite shower bathroom, a sofa and a television. Two bedrooms have a private balcony, the three other bedrooms share a large balcony with a very nice view of the garden. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with air conditioning and heaters.
Outdoor area:
The finca is located on a 36,000 sqm plot. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, many flowers and fruit trees. The heated pool is a few metres away with a shady veranda next to it. There is a large, covered terrace with a dining table and a mobile grill directly in front of the kitchen.
Pool:
12 m x 6 m, depth: 160 -220 cm, stair entry, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower at the pool, chlorine cleaning, pool heating in autumn-spring can be booked additionally (additional costs for the heating time depending on the outside and desired water temperature).
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be stored from 12 pm on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights in the high season (01.05-30.09) and 4 nights in the low season. A surcharge will be charged for bookings below the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
A deposit of €3,000 must be transferred four weeks before arrival, for events a deposit of €5,000 must be paid. Larger events are possible, depending on the number of guests and duration, a surcharge of €1,500-€5,000 will be charged (maximum 50 additional guests), the exact amount on request. The 1st and 2nd baby set (cot & highchair) is free, baby: 0-24 months. An additional baby set can be provided on request (€50/set/night). The tourist tax is included in the price.
Cleaning:
Includes final cleaning, includes intermediate cleaning for stays of 10 days or more. Additional cleaning on request (€200 / cleaning 6h and bed linen change €22/ room). Additional bed linen and towels available on request (€30/set). The service is to be paid in cash on site.
Extras:
Internet (Starlink and LTE/4G WIFI), pool towels (not for the beach), putting area on a small golf course, but no equipment, Krups double filter coffee machine (20 cups) and Siemens bean coffee machine, Bose Bluetooth speakers and a mobile outdoor speaker, mobile gas grill
