This delightful stone cottage is hidden in a tranquil orchard at the end of the garden of the main house. Glass doors from both bedroom and living room open out onto a patio terrace with breath taking views up to the mountains and is equip with marble table and chairs, loungers and BBQ for alfresco living. The wooden beamed ceiling is shaped like that of a small chapel, two ceiling lights introduce floods of light down onto the warm clay floor tiles. The well equip fitted kitchen is open plan with all new appliances. There is a comfortable double sofa bed, sky satellite, a large flat screen TV, Wifi connection and a CD and DVD player. The 9 meter swimming pool is decked with Egyptian stone on which are extra loungers and a hot and cold water outside shower. A car is not essential. We recommend a smart car or Fiat panda as the road up and entrance gate are narrow. There is underfloor central heating, air conditioners, double glazing on windows and dimmers on lovely haigan ceiling lights
Staying in the orchard cottage is like staying in a five star hotel,freely enjoying all the same facilities, yet with the addition of being in your own self contained residence with space and intimacy surrounded by a garden full of fruit trees and looking up to breath taking views of the mountains over the village hamlet of Biniaraix, while sipping a cocktail on your own terrace or lounging by the pool. The salt water pool is shared with the owner at a discrete distance. The garden is quite magical at night ,full of subtle lights along the stone walls and in hidden corners of the garden. that surround the main house, orchard cottage and garden.
As the lovely town center of Soller is so close, you can walk out to dine in one of the many good restaurants that surround the plaza or that proliferate in the back streets of Soller. Or if you don't feel like driving, the tram is available from train station a short distance away to take you to the Port of Soller where you can dine by the water's edge. Through out the summer season the trams run till quite late at night. There is also a taxi rank both at the Station in Soller and down at the Port. As the walk from the house to the Port of Soller takes you on paths through picturesque countryside, it's an option to walk down to the Port and see the sunset and dine and return home in tram or taxi.

The main square of Soller is always lively for fresh orange juice and coffee and croissants for breakfast through to evening cocktails and dinner at night.
Most of the local shops selling locally made shoes, wines, cheeses, olives, flavored salt, special ice cream and crafts, along with small art galleries remain open in the the Calle de La Luna walking street and elsewhere all day.
Then there is always the option of shopping at the market and cooking fish or meat on the BBQ outdoors and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the orchard garden as the long spring and summer days blend into night.
There is a street market in the Square of Soller till 3.pm every Saturday and throughout the spring and summer the town hall organize fold dancing , films and music recitals in the square.
