Casa Bailey is a well equipped, fully licenced (Licence number VV.MU.1911-1) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in a central but yet quiet part of the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa is well maintained and every year there are new additions to ensure the villa is at the highest standard for my valued guests. The option of a heated pool (see additional costs) and a south facing garden makes it ideal for year round rentals. There are restaurants to walk to on the resort and the nearby El Boulevard if you want to stay local or you can drive or take a taxi to the nearby towns of Los Alcazares and Los Narejos if you want to explore the beach bars and restaurants. If you enjoy sports then the new Club MMGR is the place to go, there is padel tennis, a fully equipped gym (with classes), crazy golf and skittles, a communal pool, restaurant, five aside football and is the new hub of the resort. Guests can enjoy the facilities by purchasing a day pass - enquire at the Club MMGR for prices.
