Perched on a hillside just 600 metres from the beautiful beach of Cala Vadella, Can Beteigeuze is a contemporary and spacious villa offering a perfect mix of privacy, comfort and natural beauty. Surrounded by pine trees and enjoying lovely sea views, the villa has a peaceful setting while still being close to the beach and nearby restaurants.
The large terrace is the heart of the home and a wonderful place to relax, dine and enjoy the views. It features an outdoor dining area, gas barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The 1,700 m² garden is fully fenced, filled with Mediterranean plants and flowers, and offers plenty of privacy.
Please note that the property does not have a swimming pool.
The villa has three spacious double bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, while the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub with sea views. The bright and spacious living room opens directly onto the terrace through large glass doors, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.
Can Beteigeuze is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Netflix, Sonos sound system with Spotify, and high-speed fibre internet. The villa is also very suitable for stays in the cooler months, with underfloor heating throughout and a fireplace in the living room. During winter, electricity used for heating is charged separately.
The last 100 metres of the road to the villa are unpaved and slightly uneven, but accessible with a normal 2WD car. Private parking is available on the driveway.

With its golden sand, calm crystal-clear water and relaxed atmosphere, it is one of Ibiza’s most charming family-friendly beaches.
