Positive: The location and balcony

Negative: The property is run down and in need of freshening up. I emailed to complain about several broken things such as the towel rail, sink cupboard, patio furniture, light fitting. The floor was dirty and the walls are filthy with stains all over. We was worried as they had taken a large deposit. Someone turned up to fix this without notice but we where heading out to a wedding and explained that these problems should not be fixed during our stay. Also the travel cot mattress we where given was damaged and not useful for our baby. I am still trying to get this refunded. There communication has not been helpful and problem not resolved.

Summary: A comfortable apartment in a great location but needs freshening up.
