On the 11th floor, directly on the boulevard of the town of Villajoyosa / La Vila Joiosa, is the penthouse L&Z with an interior space of 105 m2 and a terrace of 35 m2.
The convenient location, directly on the large sandy beach, provides pure freedom with the blue Mediterraneo as an impressive backdrop.
From the terrace, with large dining table, sun beds and lounge area, you have a view from Alicante to Altea. In the immediate vicinity you have a view of the sea, the beach, the mountains behind, the old town and the fishing port, which provides fresh fish every day in the restaurants and in the covered market.
The sandy beach feels like your own garden, and the sea like an immeasurable swimming pool where you can take a morning dive before having breakfast on your own terrace or on the boulevard.
Walking to and in the old town with the characteristic colored houses is an experience in itself. The narrow streets, the stairs, the squares with the locals create a unique Mediterranean atmosphere.
The 'new' center of 'La Vila' is located behind the boulevard, there are squares and terraces where people come together late. here social life takes place largely 'in the street'. You will find various boutiques and shops throughout the center to meet all your needs. If climbing stairs is too heavy, you can use the escalators that take you up the boulevard.
Three times a week there is an outdoor market, Tuesdays and Saturdays in La Cala de Villajoyosa and on Thursdays the Mercadillo de Villajoyosa next to the Centro de Salud.
The covered market (Mercat Central) is open daily (except Sundays). You can go there for delicious fresh fish from the port of Villajoysa, fresh fruit & vegetables, et cetera.
From L&Z you are everywhere within walking distance and that makes the place so attractive; on the one hand your own freedom on the beach and on the other hand all the pleasures of a cozy town.
The area behind this part of the Costa Blanca is mountainous, you will find the atmospheric mountain villages such as Orxeta & Sella here. After a beautiful drive through the mountains you can visit the historic city of Alcoy.
If we follow the coast then we come across the cities of Alicante (with the airport) and Benidorm, the villages of Alte and Calpe. For lovers of a great modern city, Valencia is just 1.5 hours away.

You thus have a natural temperature reduction without the annoying noise.
At your disposal also the Smart TV, free WiFi, two lifts and possibly a covered parking space.
Included in the price: bath towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, kitchen utensils, hairdryers, ironing board and iron.
When booking 2 or more weeks, a weekly change of bed linen and bath towels is also included.
