This characteristic Mallorcan country house is located in a picturesque and natural setting between the towns of Alaró and Santa Maria. The well-tended and lovingly landscaped garden faces south and is dominated by a large pine tree, which provides plenty of shade on sunny days. The view from the garden opens out into the terraced valley. An 11 by 5 meter pool with Roman steps is located to the side of the house and offers ample berths for undisturbed sunbathing and refreshment on hot days. The spacious terrace at the house is covered over the entire length of the facade and thus also offers a pleasant place for relaxing hours. Here there is a dining area and an outdoor sofa set.
The house is divided on the ground floor into a separate dining room with direct exit to the terrace, a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and German satellite TV, as well as the rustic and fully equipped kitchen with its own dining table. From here you can access the laundry room and the lower bathroom, which is equipped with a shower corner and can also be reached from the garden. The bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and two sinks are on the upper floor. Three bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds for more flexibility, one bedroom is furnished with a single bed.

The center of Alaró is a good two and a half kilometers away and can be reached by car in a few minutes. Here you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay on the island: numerous bars, cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, a petrol station and lively and authentic village life, as well as an ambulance for emergencies. From here you can go on excursions into the impressive mountains of the Tramuntana or into the popular wine region of Binissalem.
