This beautiful estate is located in Establiments, just 5 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca, simply taking a bus (stop 50 meters from the house) you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact, it belongs to the municipality of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments you will find shops, bars and restaurants very close by.

In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.
