Please be also aware in case of allergy that in winter, when the house is not being rented, a small black dog sleeps inside under the courtains when it is cold. The house gets groudly cleaned before summer season or every guest but it could sometimes happen that a loose black dog hair is left somewhere on the floor

Outside the garden there is a field and there can be stones and plants with pointy leaves. The owner grew up in the house whitout any problems but takes no responsability if guests walk over stones or have problems with the plants. It is annoucend as a coutry house whith everything you can expect to find in the country: stones, trees, plants, ants, bugs... nevertheless owner will try to help out whith anything that could happen (in four years the house has been rented there haven't been any problems)
