It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families. The closest beach section is within 1,5 kilometers walking distance or 2,2 kilometers by car, due to the one-way roads.
The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at about 6,5 kilometres distance and charms the visitors with small cobblestone alleys, lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays Pollensa stages one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.
The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.
Villa Roca Silla is a spacious holiday home with a welcoming ambience and fantastic views of the Tramontana mountain range. The interiors are modern and the house offers plenty of space for 6 guests on two floors.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area, which has access to the gardens and the terrace on both sides. Next to the living area, there is the separate and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms as well as a spacious family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning running on a timer (14:00-16:00 h and 20:00-08:00 h)
Villa Roca Silla is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn and Mediterranean vegetation and offers marvellous views of the Tramontana mountain range. The large terrace is furnished with a dining table, next to it is the brick-built BBQ-grill. A small path is leading to the pool with sun terrace and sun loungers. The pool has a size of about 8 x 4 meters and a depth of 1 to 2 meters.
Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
