Space
These 2 semi-detached Villas are built on a private plot for exclusive use and have 2 swimming pools, one of them heated. They are ideal to enjoy throughout the year. Families and large groups have the advantage of being able to enjoy the pleasure of being together and at the same time have privacy if they wish. Distributed over two floors, they offer a cozy, homey and very bright atmosphere.
The villas are located in a quiet residential area near the sea that has all the necessary services for your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, greengrocers, bars, restaurants, a golf course, two beach clubs...
Each Villa has:

2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower)
Living room with 2 sofa beds and kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Its 600 m2 of outdoor area are ideal for sunbathing, taking a relaxing dip in the pools, enjoying the barbecue and outdoor family dinners, disconnecting from daily stress....

In the garden area you will find a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare succulent meats, the games area that consists of a tennis table (ping pong), an area to enjoy a good conversation and a pool area with enough hammocks where you can relax and have a drink. Sun.
A few minutes by car you will have access to the sea and beaches in the area such as Arenal and other more familiar ones.

- Our check-in hours are flexible as long as there is no coincidence of arrival and departure of guests on the same day and we must adapt to the schedule of the cleaning service, in case of coincidence of incoming and outgoing guests the hours will be: Arrival time: 4:00 p.m. :00 pm Departure time: 11:00 a.m. We will try to provide the facilities that circumstances allow.
